How to bind a specific object to a coordinate on the map?

Good afternoon, when designing the layout of the site, one very interesting question arose:
I have a map with a marker in the layout, but the metro is not visible in the field of view of the map (the scaling option is not considered), there is an idea to fix a block near the top border of the map on which the metro station is indicated above and, attention, the main question!
Is it possible to make it so that when the map is scrolled towards the metro, when it appears in the field of view, the "pointer" block disappears and appears when the metro is out of view again?

There is a getZoom() method, with its help you can track the current zoom and, depending on the zoom value, hide / show the marker.
