How to bind a map label to a select?

There is a map on the site, and there are a number of select and points in which cities, I don’t know how to attach tags so that when choosing a city it somehow approaches on the map, I can add the tag myself.
Once again, you just need to get the marker closer when you select a city on the map.
And maybe someone else did when clicking on the block (on which the info about the store, which is on the map), the label itself was highlighted somehow.
