How to bind a key only for the second monitor?

Problem:
One monitor is working, the other is for YouTube, on which there are often some educational materials. When you work on the first monitor, you want to pause the video on the second one by pressing one button. Now you have to take the mouse, focus on the window with YouTube, and only then press the spacebar to pause, or even worse, do it with the mouse. Obviously, this is not convenient.
Any ideas how this can be implemented?
