How to drink to give you need for the site. Answer: on this host, on standard ports (80, 443), hang up a reverse proxy (nginx, you can use apache with mod_proxy, but nginx is better), which will forward traffic on this particular domain to itself with a different port.

If the protocol allows, then use the SRV record.
If it doesn't allow it, then no way. Standard A- and AAAA-records give only a binding of a name to IP, the port is not specified.
