How to bind a catalog product, a property from the list?

Good day, friends, can you tell me how to add a value to the product property from the list?
I create a product in the catalog, prescribe the parameters 'PROPERTY_VALUES', and all properties work out except for those with a list type, see the screenshot for more details. I understand they need to be added separately through some method? do not tell me through which one?

The value of the list property is not the XML_ID, but the ID of the value variant from the list.
