How to become a tester?

Hello.
I did not find a similar question, so if anything, then do not scold pliz)
I work in Tech Support. I install and configure software, reload computers, create accounts and assign policies))
In general, I want to go to Testers. There is a higher education, but unfortunately not a technical one.
Please suggest where to start, books, courses, etc.

I left tech support for web application testers (manual testing).
The steps were:
1. Read Roman Savin "Testing dot com". The material in it is rather superficial, but for getting to know the profession, that’s it.
2. Watch lectures on YouTube. I liked these https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOwbJaQFwaQ&list=P...
3. Watch lectures from major companies. For example, "Software Testing" here https://ulearn.me/ or "Software Testing Fundamentals" here https://universarium.org/course/715.
4. Read Lee Copeland's "A Practitioner's Guide to Software Test Design". It is in English but easy to read.
In principle, this is enough to start testing.
On the first project, the book by S. Kulikov "Software Testing. Basic Course" can be useful here https://svyatoslav.biz/software_testing_book/
I do not recommend paid courses. She herself took one online intensive for beginners. Did not like. The theory in books is presented better, and adequate practical skills are gained only on a real working project (IMHO).

I recommend this course . In my subjective opinion, this is the best product for beginner testers. Follow the link to find my review and course outline, where I took notes for myself.
