Good afternoon.
At the moment my tech stack is

I want to become a good and competent QA engineer. Those. development of test scenarios + automated testing.
Can you suggest the necessary stack technologies and literature on this topic?
ps I was doing testing while on my knee, it's interesting.

Not enough in the SQL stack, python and shell to automate simple tasks.
Selenium, IMB Rational Tester, but this is already under the project. In principle, selenium is used very actively. It is possible still LUA
Ability to use search and Google in particular is obligatory.

Actually, the testing methods themselves - almost the entire testing process goes according to generally accepted standards, with terminology, types of testing. Therefore, you can read general books on testing, 2-3. And it's best to get a job in a project where testing is done correctly, and learn everything in practice.
Just reading books - it helps a lot when you already know the basics, and even better when you are already working, and the book clarifies the theory. If you don’t work and need to master it, then you need not a textbook, but a “phrase book” - some kind of quick courses (online courses), with practical tasks.

You obviously do not have enough knowledge and skills in test design. I would recommend that you start with them and practice test design and manual testing for a while, and only then move on to autotesting tools, as previous speakers advised. An approximate composition of the course on test design can be viewed for example here .
