Guys, good afternoon. I want to ask a question, I understand perfectly well that perhaps not the most suitable place, but I think many have come across this. Now I'm getting a job at MTS (RTK) after uni. I really, really want to work as a trainer. Conduct trainings, train a new person, etc. Do not tell me how it can be done as quickly as possible. What books to read etc. Please don't tease me, I'm still green =)

Get a job teaching for a semester at least at your alma mater.
As if there is absolutely nowhere without practice. Books are not.

Let me share my experience:
For a regular lecture within my company, the ratio is 1 hour of lecture = 3 hours of preliminary preparation (lecture notes)
Yes, the second and 3rd lectures are much easier.
The most important thing is not to slow down .., on the success of your lecture.
After all, your "disciples" are also growing: you must be ahead of them.
It is difficult (in fact, 1 hour of lectures = 7 hours of your preparation, of course - this is the first lecture)
And without actual practice - it is very very difficult ... (if we talk about quality)
