How to become a 1C programmer?
My name is Alexey, I'm from Minsk. I work as a System Administrator in a small company. I started studying 1C 7.7 while I'm just reading the official literature that came with the program itself. So far, I have settled on the book Configuration and Administration Part 1. I have not yet reached the description of the built-in language. So that's not all I have to learn. Maybe someone had experience writing modules for 1C, processing, reports. How did you study, what did you do? I also want to learn how to read code. To make it clear what he is doing. Yes, and you need to start small, use the approach from simple to complex.
Ps I may be rushing things? Perhaps it's worth waiting until I get my hands on a book describing the internal language of 1C? The main goal of this event is, of course, to monetize my knowledge) I am generally interested in programming (although I don’t know it).

The most difficult thing in 1C programming is not the language and platform, but the understanding of the application area.
Start with this book. Author Radchenko M. G.
v8.1c.ru/method/books/book.jsp?id=441
1. Systems 7.7 are updated according to the residual principle and 1C strongly advises all owners to switch to more modern solutions.
2. Configurator 7.7 has a syntax helper. At one time, it was enough for me to successfully read the code and write my little things, without having a single programming tutorial 7.7 (google - there are plenty of them since the mid-2000s)
3. If you want to monetize knowledge, then take on the last 8s. In the 7.7 market, you won't pull it - there are still enough bison with certificates for all seven components that cover all needs.
Read Radchenko, as advised above, and go to work in franchising. There and without experience take. And then there will be experience and it will be possible to choose where to work further.
