How to beat the long closing of WordPress admin tabs?
There is such a problem: tabs with WordPress admin pages do not close immediately after closing the tab, but after a second and a half. The problem is reproduced only in Chrome. Of the installed plugins - Advanced Custom Fields. Opera and Firefox are fine. Therefore, the problem is clearly in the browser. I cleared the cache, deleted extensions, although they can be counted on the fingers of one hand.
I can’t say for sure from which version of WordPress this began to appear, but definitely from some of the latest from the third branch (3.8, 3.9). Before them, everything worked smartly, as it should.
Another feature: this only happens with tabs where a post is being edited. Other admin pages close normally.
For a long time and hard I tried to google the solution, the attempts were not crowned with success. I'll leave those. data, though not entirely sure it will help much:
Mac OS X 10.10.1, Wordpress 4.0, Chrome 39.0.2171.95.

If only for myself - there is a solution "on the forehead": in chrome://flags enable "Allow quick closing of tabs / windows".
Profile JS and network with F12.
Maybe an object without the support of some property and the handler is cycled.
Or, perhaps, you have a virus there and are accessing other resources.
