How to be able to select a disk to boot the OS at machine startup?
I have two ssds with ubuntu and windows 10 installed on them. I want to have some kind of convenient option to select the desired system (disk) when the machine is turned on (just a selection or switching to selection by pressing a button), is there such a possibility? And then go into the boot menu and change it every time it's somehow gemorno ...

You need to properly configure the bootloader. Made from Linux.
If you have a UEFI system, then efibootmgr is in hand.
If Bios (GRUB), then grub.
Put GRUB on the Ubuntu disk when both disks are inserted into the computer.
And then go to the boot menu and change it every time it's somehow gemornowhat's hilarious?
I have Windows 10 (for gaming) on one drive, and Linux Mint (for coding) on the other. By default, the disk with Linux is selected, if you need to get into Windows - after turning it on, I press F8 and select the desired disk. Simple, convenient. The operating systems are isolated from each other, the failure of the boot of one of them will not affect the other.
