How to be a beginner backend developer?
I understand that questions like "How to become a freelancer?" , "Where to get work experience?" , "How to get the first order on upwork?" etc. are asked on the toaster every week, but I have a problem of a different nature.
I am a beginner backend developer. I know node.js and go (I studied everything on my own). Worked with MySQL, MongoDB, websockets, redis, etc. I have basic knowledge of front-end (layout + vanilla.js + jquery + vue), but I would like to work as a backend developer. There are 5 relatively large projects on github, but they are all non-commercial, of course.
My problem is that no one needs node.js and go juniors, since these languages are usually used in high-load development, and there is no reason for anyone to look for a novice developer if they need to support a real-time project with a multi-million audience. They just don't have time to train a junior. And this is quite logical, because it is easier to take an intelligent middle or senior.
How to be in such a situation? How to gain experience in this field?
PS 19 years old, I study at the university in the second year.

Weird. You say that you know 2 languages and already have 5 (!) relatively large projects on github (plus database and frontend skills). From my own experience, I can say that with such baggage it is quite possible to get a job as a junior, and they can even consider it remotely. Either you live in some kind of conditional "Mukhosransk" (no offense, figurative expression, you are practically from a remote province) and there are very few IT companies there, or you are not saying something and described the situation very one-sidedly and subjectively.
Well, for example, like this

Let go of the limiting belief that no one wants juniors and no one will take the time to train them. It is not true for the following reasons:
1) Middles and Signors are not born. Most of them first worked as juniors.
2) The shortage of personnel in the industry is such that, although it would not be desirable, many have to take juniors and train them.
3) Juniors are cheap. Therefore, an experienced manager will find tasks for them at their level.
By the way, it is not a fact that you have correctly identified your level as a junior. This is not found out independently, but when performing test tasks and at an interview with the participation of technical specialists.
