How to batch convert vectors to raster?

Such a problem, there are 20k vector files SVG AI CDR EPS and other popular ones, they are all in one folder,
I can’t solve the problem for a broken day
On WIN 10, batch convert all vector files from one folder to png to another, save everything in 1000x1000 px maximum otherwise a file 2 by 2 km can get caught and the computer will die faster than it converts
