How to bake a light in a stylized game with flat shadows?

It is necessary to bake the light in the scene, while maintaining the flat shadows as in the version before baking:

The game is made for mobile phones, the materials use Cell Shader. The shader is made in Shader Graph. Used by the Universal Render Pipeline.
