How to backup MS SQL 2008 R2 with FILESTREAM. Base separately, files separately?

There is a base Over 500Gb, 99% files.

If you need to restore 1 file from a backup, you need to put 500GB of backup on a free server, if there is one. This takes a lot of time.

We want to backup the database separately, the files separately. Stumbled upon the fact that MSSQL stores all files in the form of a porridge from a GUID.
Symantec BE does not see these files point-blank, refuses to backup. If you manually backup MSSQL MS, then the output is one binary backup file containing everything.
