How to backup individual files in android?

Hello!
Tell me, are there applications in the bins that can backup individual files in android?
You just need to select files for backup, which would automatically go to the cloud at a certain frequency or when changed automatically (dropbox is best, but another cloud or ftp is also possible). However, files cannot be transferred within the system.
Just specify the file and it flies to the cloud.
Is there an app that can do this?

Ftpsync. Google "dropbox backup android" and think.
Files in ext4 can be built via hardlinks. But it's better to just backup everything.
