How to backup an encrypted Android device?

Hello to all!
I have a Beeline-Smart device, I regularly backup using ADB backup. Now I want to encrypt the device using:
* Put on charge;
* Go to Settings -> Security -> Encrypt data;
* Set PIN and wait a while.
I wrote this procedure to make it clear what kind of encryption I'm asking. As far as I understand, in this case the user section is encrypted.
I want to know how to backup using ADB? Will it work, and if not, why and what should be used instead?
UPD :
I was here "forty on the tail told" that such a backup from the specialists of a certain company (I will not name it) could not be done. The reason was a bug in the ADB server. Has anyone else tried or done this?
