How to back up a cron file?
Everyone who has had at least a little experience with the console must have come across one interesting problem:
Editing the schedule: crontab -e
Reset the schedule: crontab -r
As you can guess from the location of the E and R keys, they are next to each other, and completely resetting the schedule instead of editing it by mistake is not no work at all.
Thus, it is highly desirable to back up the cron schedule file. How to do it right?
