How to avoid object border jitter after uploading a youtube video?

Here is a link to the video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1xBDBB8axI&feature=youtu.be
As you can see, when moving the camera, the boundaries of objects tremble very strongly.
Filming was done on a Panasonic HDC-900 camera in 1080 50p mode. Editing was done in Adobe Premiere. Timline parameters: 1080p 50.
I tried to output video in 1080p, 720p with a frame rate of 59.99, 50, 29.97, 25. When watching a video on a computer, there is no border jitter at a frame rate>=50, but when uploading a video to youtube, jitter invariably appears.
How do you need to output videos in 1080p to get video without jitter after uploading to youtube, for example, like here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbDJPAURjGw ?
I understand that this video was shot on another device ... Maybe I should have shot the video with different settings?

Guys, now youtube supports, incl. and in Firefox, (50 and 60)fps. This solves the problem, provided that we output the project at the frame rate of the shot.
