How to avoid double script execution in Silex?

I constantly encounter a problem, I have to invent crutches, but there is probably a solution.
I am writing some script for internal needs. After it is executed, an error is thrown, they say return is not set and the script works a second time. If you add some simple return, it still happens.
How to decide?
