How to avoid banning a domain during mass mailing (10000)?

I don’t even know what technical indicators to indicate here ... I apologize for this ....
We have the task of implementing a one-time mailing to more than 10,000 addresses, what is the best way to implement this project with the least likelihood of blacklisting?
SPF and PTR records are naturally prescribed, but I don’t understand how to avoid this.

Domains are not included in spam, IP addresses of sending servers are included.

As required by law, obtain the prior express consent of all recipients so that there are no spam complaints from them.

neosun, as Aleksey Lazutin wrote above... there is always a human factor, but at least I try to deal with it. We have 1.2k mail accounts on the domain , the only way out of this situation is to create an additional domain to send commercial offers. Maybe someone has already solved such problems, well, at least limited to 1000-5000 thousand recipients?
Thank you for your help.
