How to avoid authorization by stolen cookies?

I am a beginner and I don’t understand how to avoid “hacking” on a stolen cookie, let’s say I register a user, save everything in the database and make a unique cookie, send it to the user and for this cookie the user can receive all the necessary information, but if this cookie is stolen, then everything , the thief will also be able to get all the information, how to avoid this and fix it?
