How to automatically run a bat file when a flash drive is connected?

I created the Autorun.inf file first as a text file, then renamed it to

.inf

in him :

[autorun]
open = my.bat

but nothing happens :(
it also doesn't work
and
shell execute="my.bat"
file my.bat and autorun.inf is in the root of the flash drive
