How to automate the creation of an enterprise infrastructure test bench?

There was a need to create a test bench reflecting the IT infrastructure of the enterprise, or rather part of it, to test the implementation of the System center configuration manager (SCCM) and its subsequent use. For example, I want to create a distribution point and use it to install the OS on workstations, and before mass installing the OS "live" I'm going to first practice "on cats". To do this, I need a stand on virtual machines that would repeat our architecture from AD, DNS, SCCM, etc. to virtual machines with typical enterprise workstations like XP SP3, IE7, an EDMS client, corporate antivirus, domain policies, etc. Is there any way to automate the process of organizing such a stand? Or am I thinking in the wrong direction?
