How to automate the calculation of the average frequency and competition in an excel file for the semantic core?

Hello.
I am compiling the semantic core for the first time. Reached filling excel file. I act according to this logic:
On the first sheet:
1 column - I enter a group of keywords.
2nd column - I enter the frequency "!".
3rd column - mutagen competition.
Under each group, I calculate the average frequency and competition.
On the second sheet:
I collect the main key phrase of the group in 1 column.
In the second column, the average frequency for the group.
In the third is the average competition for the group.
All data is taken from 1 sheet.
For clarity, screenshots of the sheets:

There are a lot of requests and it takes a very, very long time to do it all by hand. You have to manually insert a group, manually write the formula for calculating the average frequency and competition ( since each group has a different number of requests ), and manually append the parsing to another sheet. So with EVERY request.
Is it possible to automate such a process at least to some extent, or should it be so?
If this option is utopian, then tell me how else can I correctly arrange these kernels?
