How to automate project creation?

The bottom line is that "I want to click on 1 button" and projects will be created in jira and related applications, a repository in bitbucket, a channel in HipChat, certain commands will be executed on a remote machine via ssh. Then all this would be monitored in one place.
Are there such solutions? I can’t find it, because I don’t know what keywords to search for and how to describe such a process in general.
