How to automate payment by credit card?

We need to automate payment from one site - we buy a bunch of products from them. They only accept bank cards. We have an Alfabank corporate card - we make all orders from it, confirm it with 3d secure SMS codes, but with an increase in the number of orders, it all turned into a nightmare - a lot of work for managers, people make mistakes, etc.
Plus - it's very long - one payment ~ 2min, but I would like 10 seconds - and this is extremely critical.
All this needs to be automated. It would be elementary if it were possible to turn off 3D secure, but Alfabank, and several other banks that I called around, do not do this.
Maybe someone knows how to do it? Banks that can disable 3d secure on a corporate card? Or some services?

P / S: there is no possibility to pay by transfer - this is a site limitation. There is also no way to aggregate orders, alas.

Usually in such situations they turn directly to the owner of the site and ask to organize an individual approach, usually in the case of large volumes, the owners can meet halfway.
