How to automate news for Telegram bot?

I have a Telegram bot and all parsers made for it based on rss code. The essence of my bot is that the user can see the news that he is interested in. In the meantime, the news can be viewed by clicking on the button. I need that after clicking on the button, subsequent news will be sent automatically when exiting at the source itself. So far I have no idea how this can be done.
