Let me explain. Simplified. There is an html email template, let's say a newsletter. There is a DB in which news sit. So, is there a software tool (framework) to get a ready-made HTML output, in which all the news is "packed" into a single message. Of course, you can manually generate, roughly speaking, tags, etc. yourself. But I don’t want to collective farm if the tool actually exists. I feel it exists, but I haven't been able to find it yet.
