How to automate ffmpeg process?

With the help of bat files in the amount of about 50 pieces, I record m3u8 streams via ffmpeg

Every 3 hours, by manually pressing the "q" button on each window, I interrupt the recording to view the material, the question arose - is there any command so that the script itself stops after a certain time.

Only the use of a separate autoclicker program with a timer comes to mind.
