How to automate cookie pulling from the browser?

How can I extract cookies from the browser for further transfer to the webdriver,
so as not to copy paste by hand.
Is there a browser plugin?

copy directly from files
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache etc.
