How to automate ad publishing in android/ios app?

There is an ad site, but you can only post an ad through their mobile app.
Is it possible to automate this process?

You can track which calls to which APIs the application makes and try to send your data to them without the application.
A "farm" of devices will be much more expensive to make and maintain, although this can be done.
