How to autoload uwsgi?

Hello, I did everything according to this article https://habrahabr.ru/post/226419/
added the line sudo uwsgi --emperor /etc/uwsgi/vassals --uid www-data --gid www-data to rc.local, itself django works, but
now, when loading on the monitor itself, the system, accordingly, does not reach the user's data input, the connection is only via ssh
. On reboot, it also turns off for 5 minutes with a cyclic repetition as in the screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B -D6dp51BwFCMEFHM...
Did I do something wrong, or is this article incomplete, is it possible to run uwsgi as an nginx service?
