There is a PDF file with forms - Sample application for personal income tax return.
How can I automatically complete this document? the data to fill is in the XML file

Please explain - does it matter with what you need to fill out the form? Unfortunately, the link you provided does not open the file. This can be done in Acrobat Reader using import.
