How to auto-post from a Telegam channel to an RSS feed?

Probably many have gathered a bunch of subscriptions to channels in the cart and its main (so far) drawback is the inability to create channel groups on a specific topic. To get the information I need, I have been using the RSS aggregator - Inoreader for a long time. Tell me if there are services for converting a channel's telegrams into an RSS feed?
