How to auto-deploy in Felix?

I have a local maven repository, set up OBR in Felix so that it can see it .. I do a Maven install on the bundle, but nothing happens (the band does not update itself) ... You need to write obr: repos refresh, then update ... How to do automatically?
Compiled via maven-bundle-plugin..
