How to auto-complete current date in google spreadsheet cell when outside/adjacent cells change?

Hello! Can you please tell me how to arrange automatic date substitution in a cell when editing other cells?
For example, I have cells:
A1 - B1 - C1 - D1 - E1 - F1
I need the current date / time to be automatically set in cell A1 if I edit any cell from B1 / E1 / F1.
I would be grateful for an understandable answer, tk. I'm not very good with tables.
