How to authorize through mysq workbench to import db from mssql to mysql?

MySQL

There is a mssql database (mdf and ldf files) connected it to MS SQL Server 2014. You need to import it into the mysql database. All on one computer.
I use MySQL Workbench 6.2 CE for this,
but I can't log in to MS SQL Server through it.
In Mysql Workbench I use
Connection Method - ODBC Native
Driver - SQL Server
Server - localhost\SQLEXPRESS
Username - used different user_name, server_name\user_name (in mssql authorization by system username in Windows) and Windows account password - for some reason they don't work.
How to connect from Mysql Workbench to MS SQL Server?
