Preferably so https://vk.com/dev/auth_direct.
In general, there is a back URL.
https://vk.com/dev/auth_sites
REDIRECT_URI is the address to which the code will be sent. This address must be within the domain specified in the application settings. Note that the address must contain the protocol used.
