In the Russian-speaking PHP development segment, an ambiguous situation has developed for me, on the one hand, there are no problems with getting advice here on the toaster or other resources like SO, but on the other hand, there is essentially no community as such, well, or I didn’t search well
in gitter the chat of the Russian-speaking community of developers on laravel is the most active , but I would like to be able to ask more general questions and get feedback.
