I made a small navbar on vue, it works.

But there was a need to fasten the mouse effect. Mouse parallax type. I don’t know how it’s called correctly, but the essence is this: The menu is fixed and limited by the screen size (in the example, the width is 90vw). Links do not fit on the screen. When you move the mouse over the navigation area, for example, to the left, the links move smoothly to the side.
