How to attach a text autoresponder to Telegram?

I would like to attach a simple autoresponder to Telegram so that it imitates a live dialogue.
That is, one session in the client on the phone, and put the answering machine as the second session on Linux (telegram-cli).
To be able to answer, ask questions (from the list of templates), learn (optional).
I searched on github and stackoverflow, there is nothing like that.
