How to assign sublime text to open different types of files?

Hello.
In general, the question is in the topic How to assign sublime text to open different types of files? , I want sublime text to be the default for all txt, php, css, etc. formats. I searched for a long time but did not find the answer, how to do it at once for all formats, so as not to click on each file and choose to open with, I installed the portable version, please enlighten me.

Go to the file properties and assign sublime text as an application
