How to assign roles to forum members depending on the number of their likes?

I want to implement a system of roles as in a typical forum. For example, if a user has more than 50 likes , then he is experienced, from 100 - a forum member , etc. Better xs where to start.
as a sample, I took the forum (not advertising).
