How to assign IP for local Shoutcast?

Installed Shoutcast server on localhost, so its address is 127.0.0.1:8000.
How can I assign an external IP to it so that people can connect to my server and listen to the broadcast? My ISP provides a static IP, which I will use.

If you have a white ip, then try using "your provider: 8000", not to be confused with localhost. For example: 167.143.167.211:8000
In most cases, everything will work with half a pint. If not, check your port and firewall settings.
