How to assemble svg into sprite?

There are n-th number of svg icons, you need to collect all of them into a sprite.
Tried the plugin for gulp gulp-svg-sprite, But somehow it doesn't work. How else can you?
Or maybe you can tell me the reason for the error?

i use gulp-svg-symbols , simple enough
