How to assemble a page into html from vue.js components?

Hello. With the help of this assembly vuejs-templates.github.io/webpack/index.html I am working on vue components, I wanted to assemble the page and upload it to the server to show people. I run npm run build command. A folder is created with html/css/js. But the page is empty, it just remains in the body.
Is it possible to assemble a page from components?

Probably no longer relevant, but most likely you are trying to run index.html from a folder directly in the browser. To run, you need a server, such as apache or nginx.
