How to arrange the elements correctly?

Hello, I need your help.
On one of the templates, I noticed a beautiful footer, I decided to look at the code and make exactly the same one.
I repeated everything as it is, but for some reason it did not work on the new version of bootstrap.

You have bootstrap on flex's, and in the example with floats. On flex's, you can divide the logo in the first container, in the next two menus, in a separate line of social networks. icons
