How to arrange (systematize) knowledge in the head?

Good day, comrades.
I want to ask a stupid, if not stupid question.
I am an ordinary programmer who burns with new technologies (not only ) and loves to study them and try, compare.
Time passes, and in my head there is such a mess from different platforms, technologies, languages, frameworks. In which it is time to understand already (procrastination shoo).
Question: What do you recommend to do? How to live on?

Found the most efficient way. Try to write down thoughts (at least in the same gitwiki or a simple notepad). This will make you chew knowledge, and not swallow it in batches, free up space in your head (really free up RAM, you will feel it) and form the backbone of your interests, which will become easier to develop systematically. You will be able to postpone thoughts without fear of forgetting them, free space in your head will allow you to shove the hottest parts of the brain.

I can offer a nineteen-level version of OSI habrahabr.ru/post/203770
now I am laying out my "mess" in it, with an attempt to develop ideas for a programming language.
