How to apply CSS3 filters for IE?

Good afternoon! There was a question with cross-browser compatibility of the site, namely with the use of css filters on IE. The question is how to adapt the -webkit-filter: brightness(120%) sepia(35%) contrast(85%) property to IE, because filtering everything is not an option in Photoshop.
PS prefix -ms- does not give any result. IE version 11. Thanks for the reply!

No way. IE does not support filter .
